1. Accounting System & Process Management
- Design and maintain accounting systems suitable for a multi-store retail model.
- Ensure accurate, timely, and complete financial data entry.
- Establish and monitor internal control procedures to safeguard financial integrity.
2. Accounting Operations Oversight
- Review and approve key accounting transactions: receipts, payments, invoices, inventory, payroll, fixed assets, etc.
- Monitor cash flow and manage receivables and payables.
- Reconcile data between the POS and accounting systems to ensure consistency.
3. Financial & Tax Compliance
- Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of all tax filings (VAT, PIT, CIT, invoice usage, etc.).
- Liaise with auditors and tax authorities during inspections and audits.
4. System & Software Optimization
- Implement and manage accounting software (MISA, Bravo, ERP, SAP, etc.).
- Ensure seamless integration with POS, CRM, inventory, and other platforms.• Propose automation and digitalization initiatives to enhance reporting and efficiency.
5. Team Leadership
- Assign tasks, set performance metrics, and oversee the accounting team.
- Provide training, coaching, and professional development.
- Identify skill gaps and support succession planning.
6. Strategic Advisory
- Advise the Board on finance, tax, accounting, and cost control matters.
- Recommend initiatives to improve financial performance and operational efficiency.
- Contribute to financial policy development aligned with corporate goals.
