Trách nhiệm công việc
Develop and implement channel sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Identify and recruit new channel partners.
Manage relationships with existing partners to maximize sales opportunities.
Provide training and support to channel partners.
Monitor and analyze channel performance and provide regular reports.
Collaborate with internal teams to align channel strategies with business objectives.
Develop marketing programs and campaigns to support channel sales.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with channel partners.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote the company.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's products and services.
Provide feedback to internal teams based on partner and market insights.
Resolve conflicts and issues that arise with channel partners.
Develop and maintain a channel partner portal or platform.
Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for channel sales.
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop joint sales strategies.
Provide regular updates to Country Manager on channel development activities
Kỹ năng & Chuyên môn
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in channel sales or business development.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets through indirect channels.
Strong understanding of channel sales strategies and partner management.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in English and Vietnamese.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
Strong leadership and project management skills.
Ability to travel as needed.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience in developing and executing marketing programs.
Knowledge of the industry and market trends.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Excellent presentation and public speaking skills.
Ability to provide training and support to partners.
Strong financial acumen and budget management skills.
