CB Capability Deployment Lead plays a pivotal role in driving organizational transformation by leading change and communication strategies for capability-building initiatives across the APAC region. The role involves managing stakeholder alignment, fostering engagement, and ensuring the smooth adoption of new processes, tools, and systems. Acting as a key facilitator of change & capability development, The CB Capability Deployment Lead d ensures that communication is clear, consistent, and aligned with strategic objectives, enabling teams to transition effectively and achieve sustainable results.

System Design:Design and execute comprehensive change management strategies to support the successful deployment of Connected Brewery portfolio by fostering adoption of new capabilities and processes.
Visualization Tools:Develop and implement tools, frameworks, and methodologies to guide teams through change adoption.
Training and Mentoring:Design and deliver training programs to prepare teams for new systems, processes, and tools.
User Training:Develop user-friendly guides, FAQs, and resources to support knowledge transfer and skill-building.
Requirement Analysis:Foster a culture of continuous improvement by analyzing project outcomes and incorporating lessons learned into future deployments.
Community Engagement:Establish mechanisms to monitor the effectiveness of change and communications efforts.
Presentation Skills:Project/Portfolio management skills, communication and change management, stakeholder management
Project Management:High NPS of project members
Impact Assessment:High score on change impact assessments

Portfolio:Bachelor / Master degree in a relevant field such as communications, business administration, or a related field
Hands-On Experience:Practical experience in a DevOps role or related position, with a solid understanding of software development and IT operations.
Industry Knowledge:Familiarity with capability-building projects in a regional or global context, ideally within the FMCG industry or a similar dynamic environment.
Negotiation Skills:Knows how to own leadership, people and stakeholder management skills.
Interpersonal Skills:Capability to navigate complex organizational challenges and adjust strategies to evolving needs.
Communication:Sensitivity to regional and cultural nuances in communication and change management.
Additional Skills:Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile) are advantageous.
Experience:Skilled at using modern communication techniques including online videos, mobile applications, internet portals, etc.
