As a C&B Specialist, you will support the People Operations & Empowerment (POE) team in running key day-to-day processes related to Compensation & Benefits. You will take ownership of tasks such as onboarding, insurance procedures, and compliance documentation. You will also contribute to the smooth execution and continuous improvement of C&B-related programs and policies. This role is perfect for you if you are detail-oriented, process-compliant, and eager to grow your HR operations skillset in a dynamic, data-driven environment.

Trách nhiệm công việc

Operate and support key C&B activities including insurance, labor contracts, benefits, timekeeping, and related labor reports for local and expat staff
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring timely preparation of offer letters, labor contracts, and relevant documentation
Maintain and ensure accuracy of timekeeping and attendance records; collaborate with internal teams to validate working hours and leave records
Handle social insurance processes: registration, adjustment, claims, and employee queries
Assist in implementing internal C&B procedures and supporting programs such as annual performance reviews and promotion evaluations
Track and report labor data periodically in alignment with internal and external compliance requirements
Provide timely and accurate C&B support to employees and stakeholders on labor laws, company policies, and benefit-related inquiries
Contribute to system administration and ensure labor contract practices comply with current laws and company regulations

Kỹ năng & Chuyên môn

Bachelor or above degree
At least 2 years of experience in C&B
Detail-oriented and highly focused professional with effective written and verbal communication skills (English equivalent to IELTS 6++ or TOEIC 800++)
Experience in Technology/ E-commerce/ international companies is an advantage
