Job Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Director to lead the expansion of our software outsourcing services in Vietnam and beyond. The successful candidate will own the entire sales cycle—from lead generation and qualification to deal closure and post-sales relationship management. You will work closely with technical and delivery teams to create tailored proposals that address clients’ specific business and technology needs.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a proven track record in IT outsourcing sales, and is eager to scale business operations regionally or globally.

Trách nhiệm công việc

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to generate new business and expand the client portfolio within Vietnam and target international markets.
  • Build and nurture relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders in target industries, primarily focusing on software outsourcing clients.
  • Qualify leads from various channels including marketing campaigns, referrals, and direct outreach.
  • Collaborate with delivery, technical, and product teams to design and propose customized software outsourcing solutions.
  • Lead contract negotiations ensuring mutually beneficial terms and compliance with company policies.
  • Manage sales pipeline and forecasts to achieve or exceed revenue targets.
  • Identify new market opportunities and support business expansion plans.
  • Provide regular sales reports and market insights to senior management.
  • Represent Innotech at industry events and client meetings as a company ambassador.

Kỹ năng & Chuyên môn

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in IT outsourcing sales or related software services business development.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of software development outsourcing models and client procurement processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and lead cross-functional collaboration.
  • Experience working with international clients and managing complex sales cycles is preferred.
  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is required; additional languages are a plus.
