BUSINESS SYSTEM ENGINEER (BSE)

Trách nhiệm công việc
- Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for Japanese clients, understanding their needs and translating them into technical requirements for the development team.
- Project Management: Manage project timelines, deliverables, and ensure that the project meets the client’s expectations.
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and support to the development team, particularly in areas such as infrastructure setup, deployment processes, and system integration.
- System Design: Collaborate with the development team to design and architect systems that meet client requirements.
- Documentation: Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation, including system specifications, user manuals, and deployment guides.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality of deliverables through regular code reviews, testing, and client feedback.
- Troubleshooting: Quickly diagnose and resolve technical issues that arise during development or deployment.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for improving processes and systems, and implement solutions to enhance overall project efficiency.
Kỹ năng & Chuyên môn
2.1. Technical Skills:
- Proficient in any programming language (e.g., Java, Python, C#, PHP, Ruby, etc.).
- Experience with infrastructure setup and management (e.g., AWS, Azure, on-premises servers).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and orchestration tools (Kubernetes) is a plus.
2.2. Language Skills:
- Fluency in Japanese (both written and spoken) is required.
- Proficiency in English for internal communication is a plus.
2.3. Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a BSE or similar role, preferably working with Japanese clients.
- Experience in system deployment, infrastructure management, and client communication.
2.4. Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
2.5. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
2.6. Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Japanese business culture and work ethics.
- Experience in the IT outsourcing industry.
