Job Purpose

As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving the growth of digital transformation solutions, which include Corporate Assessment Solutions (Harrison Assessments), Vizion (VR360), LightX (Digital Signage), ERP, and Business Intelligence solutions.

  • Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Develop & execute strategic plans to acquire new clients.
  • Develop & manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, including proposal development, negotiation, and contract signing.
  • Collaborate with the product team to tailor solutions that meet the specific needs of potential clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
  • Lead a team sales professional, providing mentorship and support to achieve collective sales targets.
  • Present the company at industry events, conferences, and networking gatherings.
  • Report to Head of DX.

Kỹ năng & Chuyên môn

  • Bachelor’s degree in business marketing, or related field.
  • Proven track record of at least 5 years in business development, preferably in technology or digital solutions.
  • Strong understanding of the manufacturing industry and experience working with FDI enterprises.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to lead and inspire a sales team to achieve goals.
  • Good English communication.
