We are looking for a passionate and proactive Business Development Executive (IT outsourcing services) to join our Sales team. Your main responsibility will be to drive sales for our IT outsourcing services—particularly website development and ODC (Offshore Development Center) models—for clients in the UK market. You will work closely with the presales and delivery teams to generate leads, close deals, and maintain strong relationships with clients.

  • Focus on selling IT outsourcing services, including:
    • Custom website development
    • Offshore Development Center (ODC) model
  • Promote and sell company products and services to the UK market
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential customers
  • Schedule and attend meetings (online and offline) with prospects and clients
  • Participate in IT expos and industry events to expand network and identify opportunities
  • Collaborate with the presales team to prepare technical proposals and quotations
  • Drive the sales process from initial contact to deal closure
  • Provide post-sale support and customer care, ensuring high client satisfaction
  • Maintain CRM records and update progress regularly

Kỹ năng & trình độ của bạn
  • Fluent English speaking and writing skills (IELTS 6.5 or equivalent)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in IT sales or software product sales
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and willing to learn
  • Strong sense of responsibility, with the ability to handle challenging tasks
