We are seeking a Business Development Director with strong industry expertise in technical plastics or plastic/chemical additives.
The ideal candidate will possess an extensive supplier network in China, combined with proven domestic and export market development experience.

Your role & responsibilities

Develop and execute business growth strategies for the technical plastics and plastic additives sector.
Identify, establish, and maintain strong relationships with suppliers in China.
Lead market expansion in both domestic and export channels.
Negotiate commercial terms, manage contracts, and ensure business targets are met.
Collaborate with internal teams to align business plans with operational capabilities.
Monitor market trends, competitors, and new opportunities to strengthen market position.

Your skills & qualifications

Minimum of 5–7 years in a similar role within technical plastics or plastic/chemical additives.
Languages: Chinese (Mandarin), English (advantage but not required).
Strong supplier network in China within these sectors is a must.
Market Experience: Domestic and export experience preferred (open to candidates with only domestic experience but willing to take on export).
Proven track record in business development, negotiations, and achieving sales growth.
