Business Analysis & Consulting
- Analyze customer business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and digital transformation.
- Gather, document, and validate business requirements from customers and stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and solution designs.
- Conduct workshops, interviews, and requirement analysis sessions with clients.
- Provide consulting services and recommendations based on industry best practices.
Solution Design & Delivery
- Collaborate with customers and internal teams to design effective business solutions.
- Prepare business process flows, functional specifications, and system documentation.
- Support system implementation, testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and go-live activities.
- Identify gaps between business requirements and standard system capabilities and propose suitable solutions.
- Assist project managers in planning, scope management, and project execution.
Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary point of contact between customers and project teams.
- Work closely with business users, managers, developers, and project stakeholders.
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and project discussions to ensure alignment.
- Manage customer expectations and support issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle.
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with Project Managers, Developers, QA Engineers, and Solution Architects.
- Support project documentation, process improvement, and knowledge sharing activities.
- Participate in project planning, review meetings, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Mentor junior consultants and support capability development within the team.
