Serve as a liaison between the development team in Vietnam and clients in Japan.
Gather, analyze, and clarify customer requirements before relaying them to the technical team.
Monitor project progress, ensuring high-quality deliverables that meet client expectations.
Participate in design discussions, development tasks, and code reviews as needed.
Provide technical problem-solving support throughout the project lifecycle.
Conduct client meetings, report project status, and suggest technical solutions.
Potential opportunities for onsite assignments in Japan.

Kỹ năng & trình độ của bạn

Bachelor’s Degree in IT or a relevant major
From 3 years experience as a BrSE/ Project Leader/ Team Leader.
Experience in project estimation, progress management, quality management, etc.
Hands-on experience in technologies such as Java, .NET, etc.
Good knowledge or Hands-on experience in SQL or non-SQL databases, such as MS SQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.
Familiar with software development life cycles such as Waterfall or Agile methodology.
Experience in making specifications such as design and test specifications
Willingness to troubleshoot and solve complex problems
Good at Japanese (Equivalent to N2 level)
Leadership skills
