Communicate directly with the clients to understand their needs and expectations, and provide the appropriate solutions or proposals
Analyze and translate the client’s requirements into technical specifications for the Offshore development team
Manage and monitor the progress and quality of the project, and report any issues or risks to both the client and the Offshore team
Coordinate and facilitate the communication and collaboration between the client and the Offshore team, and resolve any conflicts or misunderstandings
Deliver the software products or services to the client on the agreed schedule and quality standards

Kỹ năng & trình độ của bạn

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
3+ years of experience in software project management of Japan
Japanese language proficiency equivalent to JLPT N2 or higher is required
Proficient in PHP (Laravel), Database (MySQL…), WebRTC, P2P
Good knowledge of ReactJS, Golang
Experienced in requirement definition, especially in design will be a plus
Experienced in writing documents and presentations and working directly with Japanese clients
Well-organized, creative, and capable of performing multiple tasks simultaneously
Self-motivated, eager to learn, high responsibility and teamwork spirit
Familiar with Japanese culture, having experience studying or working in Japan will be a BIG plus
