Annual Brand Plans across Brand, Trade Marketing and Sales to deliver business objectives
Campaign management to deliver the brand proposition and related marketing / campaign KPI
Consistently track performance, market and brand health and propose improvements.
Manage agencies and champion brand building content.
Understand the power of different touchpoints and orchestrate the delivery of overall media plan and digital strategy.
Responsible for Packaging development of existing or new SKUs.
Budget management, ongoing monitoring, and control.
Create organizational alignment and commitment to effectively roll out the planned activities across functions, esp. commercial (Sales, Trade, Marketing).

Experiences:
3–5 years of experience in brand management, consumer journey design, or a similar role, preferably in the FMCG industry.
A good understanding of beer or beverage products is a strong advantage.
Proven track record in leading integrated brand campaigns.
Skill:
Clear and effective communication skills, including proficiency in English with a commercial mindset.
High ownership and flexibility, with the ability to navigate and comply with complex policies.
Strong forward-thinking and strategic mindset, coupled with courage in decision-making.
Exceptional ability to drive innovation and foster brand growth.
Outstanding socializing and networking abilities, alongside excellent interpersonal communication skills.
Highly organized with the capacity to perform well under pressure.

Education
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
