1. Handle Physical branding, include:
- Follow up physical branding activities across the country to increase brand awareness based on Brand Guideline, include office signage, office interior standard and office branding decorations
- Coordinate with team members related licenses implementation, both new and renew
2. Be in-charge of Communications tasks InternalCom, CorpCom and support MarCom:
- Handle development of memo, announcement, website articles & news & blog, social content, speeches, events agenda & scripts.
- Implement the development of company branding materials/advertisements according to Brand & Communications lead's guidelines.
- Schedule and arrange proper contents regularly across all internal communications channels (LCD nationwide, Intranet, Website, Internal social fanpage, etc) with creative and trendy concept, but not break Brand standards and Company’s brand archetype
- Execute, or align with relevant Divisions and Trade Union to implement programs, contests and activities included, but not limited to internal communications, corporate communications, marketing communications to promote brand love and brand awareness
- Implement Brand Compliance and report Brand Compliance breach, both online and offline to protect brand reputation
- Execute and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for company events holding, such as CSR activities, partnership events, company parties, etc
- Work with and monitor relevant agencies and freelancers to deliver the best results to branding and communications tasks.
- Execute crisis report for each specific incident with guidance from the Head of Brand & Marketing Department.
3. Other assigned tasks by Division Head, Department Head.
