Secure booking space and effective consolidation for air outbound shipments:

• Receive air outbound information of shipments from CS team
• Create the job and input cost due carriers
• Track and update shipment status with all concern

Handle air export from co-loader:

• Receive air shipment information from customers, book & confirm with airlines
• Make the quotations & advise for co-loader
• Track the customer’s payment

Secure space for the demand and optimize procurement:

• Check, compare and monitor to ensure the best competitive rates for each shipment
• Collect/update buying rates

• Degree of university graduation and equivalence, better in logistics, supply chain or foreign trade.
• At least 2-year experience in freight forwarding and logistics operation.
• Good English communication & writing.
• Able to use Microsoft Office
