• Design, develop, and deploy smart contracts on TON and EVM-based blockchains.
• Implement and optimize tokenomics, staking, governance, and reward mechanisms.
• Integrate smart contracts with backend APIs and dApp / Telegram Mini Apps.
• Perform code reviews, security audits, and gas optimization.
• Research and apply emerging blockchain technologies (Layer 2, cross-chain, wallets, etc.).
• Collaborate closely with backend and frontend teams to deliver complete blockchain products.

Must have skills:

• 2+ years of experience in blockchain or decentralized application development.
• Strong proficiency in Solidity and deep understanding of EVM architecture.
• Hands-on experience with TON Blockchain:
• Writing contracts using FunC / Tact / Jetton standards.
• Integration via TON SDK / TonConnect.
• Solid understanding of DeFi protocols, token standards (ERC-20, ERC-721, TIP-3).
• Experience integrating blockchain with backend services (NestJS / FastAPI / NodeJS).
• Proficient in Git, CI/CD workflows, and Agile development.

Soft skills:

• Passionate about programming, smart and solving the problems.
• English skills, especially in reading technical documents.
