Job overview

We are looking for an Operation and Support Specialist to join our team. You will collaborate closely with the software engineers and Microsoft compliance team. Your primary focus will be to support the team to develop privacy-focused and secure compliance solutions using AI technologies. You will use cloud-native technologies to build, maintain, optimize, and upgrade Microsoft's knowledge management tools. This work will follow agile development management processes and incorporate Microsoft's AI technologies.

  • Manage and support daily tooling operations for various projects.
  • Ensure the tools adhere to Microsoft Privacy, Secure Development Lifecycle (SDL), Application Risk Assessments (ARA) and Accessibility standards.
  • Ensure system reliability and performance.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot issues in real-time.
  • Collaborate with development teams to implement solutions.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to users.
  • Maintain documentation and operational procedures.
  • Participate in sprint planning and break down user stories into tasks.

Kỹ năng & trình độ của bạn
  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or related field.
  • Experience with Azure, such as Azure DevOps, CI/CD, Azure Defender for Cloud, Azure Key Vault, Azure Firewall and Network Security Groups.
  • 5+ years of experience in operations and support roles.
  • ITIL certification is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Skills Required

  • Proficiency in English
  • Proficiency in system administration and support tools.
  • Experience with monitoring and troubleshooting systems.
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Quyền lợi
  • Salary at 100% during the probationary period (2 months).
  •  Training in the 1st month.
  • 90% contribution of the gross salary to social insurance

  • 30% allowance on gross salary for employees working night shift from 10PM - 6AM
