• Assist in the development of brand strategies and plans in order to achieve short- and long-term business targets (financial and in-market performance).
• Participate in the management of the creative development process and the execution of the brand activation. This includes communications, promotion strategies, consumer and in store activities.
• Manage the lead agency partner to execute brand marketing plans.
• Work with internal DKSH team in the implementation of marketing plans and in the execution of consumer support programs ie. consumer promotion.
• Work with ULV Customer Market Insight team to produce the reports (AC Nielsen, KantarWorld Panel, Millward Brown where applicable).
• Work with various counterpart in ULV on cross promo, cross sampling and activation activities
• Assist in monitoring and analyzing competitive and marketplace activity
Work experience
• FMCG sales & marketing
• Experience of working in customer development is critical
Functional Skills and Knowledge:
• FMCG distribution industry, sales & marketing knowledge
• A strong knowledge of financial report
Soft skills:
• Excellent interpersonal skills, strong analytical abilities, organizational skills and creativity
• Good English skills (reading, speaking, writing, presentation)
• Good in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word
Education:
• University graduate with a minimum of 3 – 4 years of progressive business in brand management with clear expertise in managing the marketing mix and basic understanding of digital marketing
