Application Support is responsible for implementing application systems to support the bank's business goals while striving for the highest quality. We aim to provide extensive system support by delivering reliable application solutions. We are seeking an experienced Application Support to join our team and ensure the stability and functionality of our core banking system.

Debugging: Coordinate with development teams to address application-related bugs and enhancements.
Documentation: Document application support processes, incidents, and resolutions.
Deployment: Assist in the deployment and maintenance of core banking system applications.
Security Measures: Maintain awareness of IT security practices and promote a secure computing environment.
Prototyping: Ensure the availability and reliability of core banking system applications.
Technical Support: Collaborate with end-users to identify and address application-related issues.
Reporting: Provide regular updates to IT management regarding application support issues and resolutions.
IT Policies Development: Ensure compliance with the bank's IT policies and standards.
Configuration Management: Maintain comprehensive records of application configurations and changes.
Collaboration with IT: Collaborate with IT teams to enhance the stability and functionality of core banking system applications.
Performance Monitoring: Monitor application performance, respond to alerts, and implement necessary fixes.
Compliance: Follow the policies and procedures of the bank, including adherence to IT security protocols.
Digital Banking System Development: Provide technical support for core banking system users, including troubleshooting and problem resolution.

Industry Knowledge: Strong knowledge of core banking systems and their application components; Ability to learn with an overall course average of good or above for Fresher level.
Hands-On Experience: Previous experience as an Application Support Analyst, preferably in the banking or financial services industry; Proficiency in application deployment and maintenance.
