• Đề xuất các dịch vụ CNTT, dịch vụ được quản lý và mô hình hỗ trợ phù hợp.
• Cung cấp đầu vào kỹ thuật cho RFP, RFQ và đề xuất giải pháp.

• Work alongside the Sales team to lead technical discussions with customers.
• Understand customer environments and identify service requirements related to device deployment, security controls, and identity integration.
• Propose appropriate IT services, managed services, and support models.
• Provide technical input for RFPs, RFQs, and solution proposals.

• Hỗ trợ và khắc phục sự cố trong các tình huống nhận dạng và truy cập trên máy Mac, bao gồm cả SSO và tích hợp Microsoft 365/Google Workspace.
• Hỗ trợ khắc phục sự cố cơ bản về các tính năng bảo mật của macOS như FileVault, quyền Ghi màn hình và quyền truy cập ứng dụng.
• Giúp khách hàng hiểu các biện pháp bảo mật tốt nhất của Apple trong môi trường doanh nghiệp.

EN:

• Support and troubleshoot identity and access scenarios on Mac, including SSO and Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace integration.
• Assist with basic troubleshooting of macOS security features such as FileVault, Screen Recording permissions, and application access permissions.
• Help customers understand Apple security best practices in enterprise environments.

• Hỗ trợ quản lý thiết bị Apple qua ABM và MDM.
• Hỗ trợ khắc phục sự cố về nhận dạng và truy cập, chẳng hạn như đăng ký Cổng thông tin Công ty.
• Phối hợp chặt chẽ với đội ngũ giao hàng để đảm bảo quá trình chuyển giao suôn sẻ từ giai đoạn tiền bán hàng đến giai đoạn triển khai.

EN:

• Assist in managing Apple devices using ABM and MDM platforms.
• Support troubleshooting of identity and access issues such as Company Portal enrollment.
• Work closely with delivery teams to ensure smooth handover from pre-sales to implementation.

• Strong understanding of Apple devices in enterprise environments.
• Knowledge of ABM and MDM platforms.
