• Join R&D and product teams in the design, training, and deployment of machine learning, NLP, and GenAI models
• Build scalable, maintainable AI/ML pipelines (MLOps) and inference systems
• Integrate AI modules into opensource tools (Wren AI, Superset…) and customer-facing products.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to identify AI opportunities.
• Evaluate, fine-tune, and deploy LLMs (e.g., GPT, LLaMA, DeepSeek) for Aladin & Customer use cases.
• Ensure ethical AI usage, data governance, and performance monitoring.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field
• 2+ years experience in AI/ML/NLP role.
• Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, HuggingFace, LangChain
• Hands-on with vector databases, model serving, prompt engineering, and LLM integration.
• Experience deploying AI in production environments (MLOps, CI/CD, Docker/Kubernetes)
• Strong understanding of data pipelines, APIs, and backend infrastructure.
• Bonus: familiarity with Vietnamese language processing (Tieng Viet NLP), RAG systems
