AI-Augmented Development 

• Use Claude and Claude Code as primary AI tools for daily development — not just occasionally, but as a core workflow habit 
• Apply Claude Code for agentic tasks: scaffolding features, autonomous edits, and terminal-driven development 
• Use Claude for code review, debugging, architecture thinking, and rapid prototyping 
• Share Claude/Claude Code prompts, patterns, and workflows with the broader team 

 

Full Stack Development 

• Develop and maintain frontend and backend components across our platform 
• Build responsive UIs using React and modern frontend frameworks 
• Develop robust backend APIs using Go, Java, Node.js, or NestJS 
• Contribute to the ongoing microservices architecture migration 
• Write clean, well-tested, and maintainable code across the full stack 

 

Collaboration & Delivery 

• Work directly with US clients to understand requirements and deliver end-to-end solutions 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and implement engineering best practices 
• Participate in Agile sprints, code reviews, and technical planning sessions

Must Have 

• At least 1 year of full stack development experience 
• Hands-on experience with Claude (claude.ai or API) and Claude Code in a real development workflow 
• Ability to write effective prompts for code generation, debugging, refactoring, and documentation 
• Backend: Proficiency in Go, Java OR JavaScript/Node.js 
• Frontend: Strong experience with React; familiarity with Angular or Vue.js a plus 
• Solid understanding of RESTful API design and implementation 
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript ES6+ 
• Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Context API, Zustand, etc.) 
• Understanding of microservices architecture concepts 
• Good English communication skills for client interaction 

 

Strongly Preferred 

• Experience with NestJS or similar modern backend frameworks 
• Ability to use AI to rapidly prototype and iterate on features 
• TypeScript experience 

 

Nice to Have 

• Google Cloud Platform (App Engine, Cloud Storage) 
• Containerization with Docker and/or Kubernetes 
• Testing frameworks: Jest, Cypress, JUnit 
• CI/CD pipeline experience 
• SQL and/or NoSQL database experience 
• Agile / Scrum environment experience 
• Google Web Toolkit (GWT) and Maven build systems
