• Proceed and follow up documents for new staff

• Update data on recruitment syste

Skill Requirements

• Excellent English communication skills (both spoken and written), as the role involves frequent interaction with expatriate staff
• Can use office software applications (MS Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, etc…)
• Good communication skills
• Good persuading skills
• Willing to learn new things
• Careful, proactive, and outgoing
• Working under high pressure

Required Experience

• At least 6 months of experience at the same position in foreign invested company.
• Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant is a strong advantage
• Required Education and qualifications
• Bachelor Degree
