직무 목적

 

• The Planning Team manages the company's business performance and annual business plans, oversees budget and IT management, and handles other ad-hoc planning tasks.
• Planning Team은 회사의 경영실적 및 연간 사업계획을 관리하고, 예산 및 IT 관리, 기타 수시 기획업무를 담당합니다.

 

• This role requires high-level Korean reporting skills for reporting to the Korean headquarters and management, along with Vietnamese language proficiency for smooth collaboration with the local Vietnamese organization and external partners.
• 본 직무는 한국 본사 및 경영진 보고를 위한 높은 수준의 한국어 보고 역량과 함께, 베트남 현지 조직 및 외부 파트너와 원활하게 협업할 수 있는 베트남어 능력을 요구합니다.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish monthly and annual business plans and share performance results
• 월간 및 연간 사업계획 수립 및 실적 공유

 

• Estimate and analyze monthly Profit & Loss (P/L)
• 매월 손익(P/L) 추정 및 분석

 

• Prepare expected performance for the current month and a 12-month Moving Plan
• 당월 예상 실적 및 향후 12개월 Moving Plan 작성

 

• Share sales performance by division / brand / channel / category
• 사업부 / 브랜드 / 채널 / 카테고리별 매출실적 공유

 

• Establish annual Business Plans and Action Plans
• 연간 Business Plan 및 Action Plan 수립

 

• Review and analyze company-wide management indicators
• 전사 경영지표 확인 및 분석
