Vai trò & trách nhiệm của bạn
  • Managing existing client accounts and identifying new business opportunities
  • Coordinating with internal teams (presales, delivery, technical) to deliver quality solutions
  • Preparing proposals, overseeing contracts, and ensuring client satisfaction
  • Acting as the main point of contact for customer communication and issue resolution
  • Supporting the end-to-end account lifecycle, from presales to post-delivery follow-up

Kỹ năng & trình độ của bạn
  • Having at least 3 years of experience in Account Management, Business Development, or Sales
  • Being preferred if having prior experience in the IT services or outsourcing industry
  • Demonstrating strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Showing strong teamwork, presentation, and organizational skills
  • Being able to work independently and handling multiple client relationships effectively
  • Being given priority if having good command of English
  • Being given priority if having experience in the BFSI domain
