Business Development:
According to the assignment from Business development Manager, you’re expected to participate in activities that contribute to acquisition of new clients. The activities include but do not limit to:
- Conduct small-scale market researches to identify potential segments
- Search, find and connect to decision makers or contact points in targeted clients
- Organize and clean up weekly or monthly lead database
- Answer client queries on company’s social media (facebook) and hotline
- Attend occasional client meetings (offline or online) and provide meeting notes afterward
- Make partially sales kit or pitch proposal
- Create paperwork (contracts, quotation, payment notice) according to templates provided by the company and information from the Account Executive.
Account management
According to the assignment from Business development Manager, you’re expected to participate in activities that contribute to delivering company’s services to acquired clients. The activities include but do not limit to:
- Create paperwork (campaign report slides, liquidation, payment notice,…) according to templates provided by the company and information from the Account Executives.
- Source, connect, propose and make paperwork, suitable vendors to provide quotation for services such as: designing, seeding, content writing,…
- Send emails/mails or make calls to survey client satisfaction post service.
