• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Cypress and Postman;  
• Perform automation, regression, and manual testing to ensure software quality; 
• Execute NOC operations including monitoring and analysis using Grafana, Sumo Logic SIEM,  AWS, and Postman.  

• Strong verbal and written communication skills;  
• Worked on a Scrum/ Agile automation team is a plus;  
• Strong expertise in automation testing with Cypress and API testing with Postman;   Experience with both manual and automated testing processes;  
• Familiarity with NOC operations, including Grafana dashboards, Sumo Logic for security and  event management, and AWS cloud environments;  
• Ability to troubleshoot and analyze system and application performance;
