Operational / Tactical

• Làm việc chặt chẽ với PO, Developers để xác định & lựa chọn các user stories, xác định các khái niệm thế nào là hoàn thành công việc, viết tiêu chí nghiệm thu trước khi chính thức triển khai một tính năng sảnphẩm
• Xem xét và phân tích đặc tả yêu cầu sản phẩm, câu chuyện người dùng; Giúp xây dựng SRS (tạo tài liệu đặc tả yêu cầu sản phẩm / câu chuyện người dùng cho các tính năng đơn giản)
• Xác định & xây dựng các trường hợp kiểm thử / kịch bản kiểm thử thích hợp bao gồm cả dữ liệu kiểm thử sẽ được sử dụng, số liệu/ dữ liệu đo lường sẽ cần quản lý Executing test case/ test scripts (manual/ automation, integration test, system test, regression test, re-test after the release of fixes) and reviewing results to make sure that our products and the new features that we release are robust and working at their optimum performance.
• Thực hiện kiểm thử dựa trên các trường hợp/ kịch bản đã xây dưng (thủ công / tự động hóa, kiểm tra tích hợp, kiểm tra hệ thống, kiểm tra hồi quy, kiểm tra lại sau khi phát hành bản sửa lỗi) và xem xét kết quả để đảm bảo rằng sản phẩm và các tính năng mới phát hành đủ mạnh & ổn định, đạt chất lượng để hoạt động ở hiệu suất tối ưu
• Reporting and documenting technical issues/ bugs, testing metrics

Ghi chép & báo cáo các vấn đề/ các lỗi kỹ thuật tìm được, cũng như các metrics đo lường đã xác định từ đầu

• Support product before & after release

• • Troubleshooting issues
  • Building up user manual/ guideline (optional)
• Hỗ trợ sản phẩm trước & sau khi ban hành ra thị trường, gồm:

• • Phân tích, nghiên cứu sự cố để cùng nhóm tìm cách khắc phục
  • Xây dựng & bổ sung tài liệu hướng dẫn sử dụng (optional)

Management/ Strategic:

• Setting the test strategy, test approach, test metrics and planning for test including functional test, performance test, security test & others (the user stories should be divided into testing tasks with the estimation from the Tester about the amount of work that is needed)
• Xây dựng/ xác định các chiến lược kiểm thử, các cách tiếp cận hiệu quả, các bộ chỉ số đo lường & kế hoạch thực hiện kiểm thử cụ thể bao gồm cả kiểm thử tính năng, hiệu suất, bảo mật & những loại kiểm thử khác nếu cần (lưu ý là câu chuyện người dùng nên được bao gồm các nhiệm vụ thử nghiệm nhỏ với ước tính từ Tester về khối lượng công việc cần thiết)
• Recommending technical and process additions to improve testing quality & productivity (especially automated testing items to get higher test productivity & product quality)
• Đưa ra các đề xuất bổ sung về mặt kỹ thuật và quy trình để cải thiện chất lượng & năng suất kiểm thử trong quá trình (đặc biệt là việc tự động hóa kiểm thử các hạng mục để tăng năng suất kiểm thử nhanh hơn, nhiều hơn cũng như đảm bảo về chất lượng sản phẩm cao hơn)
• Participate in community group’s activities to research new technology, sharing knowledge between teams
• Tham gia các hoạt động chia sẻ, tìm hiểu công nghệ
• Participate in 1-1 review with team leader / line manager for progress reporting and feedback and career development
• Tham gia các buổi trao đổi với team leader / line manager để báo cáo kết quả công việc, góp ý và phát triển công việc

Report to:

• PO, Developers, Scrum Master for technical issues/ bugs, testing metrics
• Product Manager / Line manager for day to day works and supports, career path and development

Skills:

Prerequisites

• A bachelor’s degree in computer science or IT.
• A minimum of 3 years experience in testing

• • Able to create test case, execute test, bug logging and communicate with developers
  • Able to set the test strategy and test approach
  • Able to create plan for test
  • Able to define & track testing metrics
• Experience in test techniques and programming.
• Knowledge of software development, database management

Optional: having the following skills is an advantage

• Automation test
• JIRA / Confluence
• Data analytics tool (Google Data Studio, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Excel, Python, Tableau)

• Previously work as senior QC/Tester for product team / company in 2 years
• Have strong knowledge of Agile/ Scum
• Communicate status of work effectively to the team and leader

• Presentation skills
• Accept feedback graciously and able to learn from past mistakes

Business expertise

Prerequisites:

• Have general understanding on computer science topics (client, server)

• Have general understanding of how Cloud provider works. Have experience working with cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Digital Ocean / Linode)

• Having strong technical background is a plus point
