Take full ownership of the entire project lifecycle: from initiation, planning, execution, monitoring to closing.
Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams, ensuring delivery on scope, timeline, budget, and quality.
Serve as the main point of contact between clients, internal teams, and third parties throughout the project.
Develop and manage project plans, risk assessments, progress reports, and communication strategies.
Proactively identify and resolve issues, escalate when necessary, and drive project success.
Participate in process improvement and knowledge sharing within the project management community.
Mentor and support team members to enhance overall project performance.

Bachelor's degree or higher in IT, Project Management, Information Systems, or related fields.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Project Manager in IT projects.
Proven experience leading projects with a minimum scale of 120MM+ VND (~5+ billion VND / ~$200K USD) is highly preferred.
PMP certification is a strong plus.
Solid IT background (software, infrastructure, or enterprise solutions) is an advantage.
Strong leadership, team mobilization, and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent problem-solving, risk management, and decision-making capabilities.
Good communication and negotiation skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
English proficiency is a plus.
