Vai trò & trách nhiệm của bạn
  • Take full ownership of the entire project lifecycle: from initiation, planning, execution, monitoring to closing.
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams, ensuring delivery on scope, timeline, budget, and quality.
  • Serve as the main point of contact between clients, internal teams, and third parties throughout the project.
  • Develop and manage project plans, risk assessments, progress reports, and communication strategies.
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues, escalate when necessary, and drive project success.
  • Participate in process improvement and knowledge sharing within the project management community.
  • Mentor and support team members to enhance overall project performance.

Kỹ năng & trình độ của bạn
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in IT, Project Management, Information Systems, or related fields.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Project Manager in IT projects.
  • Proven experience leading projects with a minimum scale of 120MM+ VND (~5+ billion VND / ~$200K USD) is highly preferred.
  • PMP certification is a strong plus.
  • Solid IT background (software, infrastructure, or enterprise solutions) is an advantage.
  • Strong leadership, team mobilization, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving, risk management, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • English proficiency is a plus.
