• Focus on the quality aspect of the system:
  • Non-functional requirements: technical debt, refactoring, performance, security, etc.
  • Maintain consistent code quality & architecture
• Prevent big refactorings from happening
• Raise code review standards
• Discuss with the project lead to balance between development quality and speed
• Ensure the right technical decisions are being made by the team
• Give the department lead constructive feedback and impending problems about team’s current technical strengths and weaknesses

Required Experience:

• 2–3 years professional software-engineering experience, 2+ years focused on blockchain / smart contracts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Shipped and maintained at least one mainnet product (DeFi, NFT, GameFi, etc.).

Technical Skills Qualifications:

• Strong Problem Solving and Debugging Skill
• Good to have:
  • Be familiar with Scrum best practices
  • Knowledge of Uniswap, Ethereum, Optimism
  • Open-source Web3 contributions
