Supervise internal control, compliance, and regulatory governance.

Kỹ năng & trình độ của bạn

Bachelor's degree or above in Insurance, Business Administration, Finance, Law, Information Systems, or related fields.
Minimum 5 years of experience in the non-life insurance industry, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Solid understanding of general insurance products, distribution strategies, operational procedures, and relevant regulations.
Strong skills in English communication, presentation, and project management. Proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
Independent thinker with demonstrated leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and problem-solving capabilities.
Experience working in overseas or multicultural environments is highly desirable.
Preferred: Hands-on experience in digital transformation, core system implementation, or automation projects in the insurance sector.
Preferred: Familiarity with ASEAN insurance markets or practical experience in the region.
