Conduct meetings with clients (Japan) to receive tasks, reports, negotiate, explain
Receive requirements, analyze and evaluate their accuracy, and develop plans (e.g., manpower, schedules)
Transfer requirements to the project team (development team & testing team), address queries, and perform external QA when issues arise
Monitor project progress and proactively adjust plans as needed
Write technical documents (reports, WBS, explanatory documents, requirements, etc.).

Kỹ năng & Chuyên môn

Communication skills: fluent in Japanese (listening, speaking, reading, and writing)
Graduated from Information Technology or related majors.
Experience of 2–3 years or more in roles such as coding, comtor, tester, QC, designer, or BA (Fresher accepted)
Experience working with Japanese companies.
Possess skills in analysis, solution proposal, reporting, troubleshooting, research, and requirement management.
Proficient in relevant IT tools.
Good logical thinking and able to work under high pressure
Good in English is a plus.

Salary range: Negotiable base on your experience – Up to $2.500
