SALARY ADJUSTMENT

  • There are 1-2 PAs (Performance Appraisal) per year. The percentage of salary adjustment is 10%-24% depending on the individual’s performance within a specific period.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT

  • Provide laptop for working and can take home.
  • For iOS development, the company provides a MAC MINI for normal developers. For the team leader, the company provides a MAC BOOK PRO for working.
  • Professional working space in office building: Coffee is served every day, Microwave oven and refrigerator serving lunch in the office.

Working hour: From Monday to Friday

It is typically specialized for the particular hardware that it runs on. Aboard a ship we provide an easy user interface and user customization for navigation purposes on the MFD (multi function display). It displays information coming from multiple sources (sonar, radar, camera’s, mapping and navigation software) and locations and turns it into something useful. The same we do in a car, where we use onboard camera’s and AI to turn collected information into a useful HUD (Head Up Display).
