Chế độ đãi ngộ

100% monthly basic salary in 2-month probation and mandatory insurances (SI, HI & UI).
Committed 13-month salary bonus equivalent to your working duration.
Collaboratively yearly performance bonus based on project and company’s performance
Annual leave entitlement: 12 days per annum plus 1 birthdate
Holidays entitlement: In accordance with the Vietnam’s Labor Code and Company Policy
Internal training framework is customized for each employee, with leaders who are willing to mentor young people about essential soft skills as well as professional skills
Working with multi-national engineers and experts from Japan, China and India to develop software for well-known global car operators.
