Clearstone Software

The operating system for modern medical aesthetics.

 

Clearstone Software is a Texas-based technology company building specialized SaaS platforms for the medical aesthetics industry — the fastest-growing segment of healthcare, with over 10,000 medical spas in the U.S. alone and 23% annual growth. We're building two products in parallel, and expanding our engineering team in Ho Chi Minh City to accelerate both.

 

What we're building

Practice Management Platform (.NET / C#) — A mature, multi-tenant SaaS for medical spas covering appointments, patient records (PHI), treatment planning, membership management, payments, and clinic operations. Currently running on .NET Framework with a database-per-tenant model and HIPAA-aligned architecture. Our modernization roadmap: port the full stack to .NET 8/9, migrate ASP.NET MVC to ASP.NET Core, refactor EF6 to EF Core, and re-platform from Azure to AWS — while maintaining HIPAA compliance and per-tenant isolation for live clinical operations.

 

Practitioner Education Platform (Laravel / Filament) — A Laravel 10 + Filament 3 training and credentialing system built on the TALL stack (Tailwind + Alpine + Laravel + Livewire) with live Cloudflare Stream video, running on AWS. Next phase: enterprise features, full multi-tenant SaaS launch, and greenfield AI integration for real-time practitioner feedback — skills assessment, technique coaching, consultation training, and customer service simulation.

 

What makes us different

Our founder operates active medical aesthetic clinics under the Texas Lasers brand. Every feature we ship gets tested in a real clinic before it reaches a customer. We know what actually works in clinical operations — not just what looks good in a demo — and that grounding shapes how we hire, how we prioritize, and how we ship.

 

How we work in Vietnam

We're hiring five senior engineers in Ho Chi Minh City through Multiplier Technologies Vietnam Company Limited (Enterprise Registration 0316845652), which serves as our legal Employer of Record. You will work day-to-day on Clearstone Software's products, mission, and roadmap — your paycheck, benefits, and Vietnamese social insurance are administered through Multiplier.

 

We plan to establish our own Vietnamese entity — Clearstone Software Vietnam Co., Ltd. — in late 2026 / early 2027, at which point all Vietnam-based team members transition to direct employment with enhanced benefits and potential equity participation.

 

What to expect as a Clearstone engineer

Hybrid work at our team space in District 1 or District 3, HCMC — 2–3 days in office, remainder home-based

Direct working relationship with the founder — no middle layers, decisions get made fast. Compensation paid monthly, with 13th-month bonus, quarterly performance bonus, learning stipend, coworking stipend, and company computer. 

 

 

Real technical ownership — you're not one of hundreds of engineers in a service-shop factory; you're one of five founding-team engineers building products used by real clinical operations.
