Your role & responsibilities
Build computing intensive algorithms on GPU (NVIDIA/AMD) using C++ for solving complex bioinformatics problems.

Your skills & qualifications
A degree in Computer Science, or Mathematics, or a related field.
Solid knowledge in data structures and algorithms.
Experienced with CUDA programming.
Extensive experience developing in C++.
