In this role you'll get to:

• Designing, developing, and maintaining custom applications and configurations within the Salesforce platform to meet specific business needs, including Apex, SOQL, LWC, building custom workflows, integrating with external systems, and optimizing CRM functionality by utilizing Apex coding and other Salesforce development tools to create tailored solutions for an organization. 
• React, Redux, ES6 features, so familiarity with some or all of these is required to design, develop multiple modules/systems and integrate with Salesforce
• Experienced and hand-on engineer, which is comfortable to drive large, complex force.com projects autonomously, and integrate with multiple external systems/providers
• Ability and willingness to learn new programming languages, frameworks and paradigm
• Some industry experience with public cloud offerings (e.g., AWS, GAE, Azure) is preferred
• Understanding of typical web applications.

On your first day, we'll expect you to have:

• Fluency in English is required. You should be able to comfortably communicate with native speakers in both written and oral forms.
• Important: Expert-level experience with all sfdx.com platform development, including Apex, SOQL, LWC, workflow…
• React, Redux, ES6 features, so familiarity with some or all of these is required
• Able to showcase your past data integration experience is a strong plus
• Demonstrate very good problem solving and analytical skills
• Highly-trusted knowledge in at least one domain and working knowledge in multiple tech domains
• Considers the customer impact when making technical decisions
