Your role & responsibilities
  • Support the planning and execution of business strategies
  • Serve as a point of contact and help handle customers' individual needs
  • Assist in generating new business using existing and potential customer networks
  • Support conflict resolution and provide solutions to customers promptly
  • Learn to set and track sales account targets aligned with company objectives
  • Monitor sales metrics (e.g., quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
  • Assist in developing positive relationships with clients
  • Work with the marketing and sales team to meet the sales conversion rate KPI.

Your skills & qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, or the relevant field
  • Professional communication skills in English: written, verbal, presentation
  • Good analytical thinking
  • Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Good time management skills
  • An ability to deliver and answer inquiries on time
  • Knowledge or experience in digital marketing is a plus
  • Experience in IT Outsourcing industry is an advantage.
