This is a full-time on-site role for a UX Designer at Trident Digital Tech Ltd.

You will be responsible for leading user experience direction, driving UX strategy and ensuring all solutions are user-centered and aligned with product goals.

You will collaborate cross-functionally and support mentoring junior designers to strengthen design practice and culture.

Your role & responsibilities

Manage end-to-end UX process including research, conceptualization, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
Conduct research activities such as interviews, surveys, journey mapping, and usability tests to gather insights.
Partner with UI designers to refine and finalize user-friendly design solutions.
Support maintaining and scaling design systems to ensure consistency across products.
Present design concepts and research findings to stakeholders.
Mentor junior designers and participate in design critiques.

Your skills & qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of experience in UX design with a strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end work.
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
Strong command of UX methodologies, user research frameworks, and usability heuristics.
Proficient in Figma; experience with scalable component systems.
Ability to lead design discussions and communicate design rationale clearly.
Good English communication skills.
