POSITION OVERVIEW
We are looking for a Business Consultant with hands-on container terminal experience to support our TOS (OPUS Terminal, OPUS Terminal M) system projects for overseas terminal customers. The role will work closely with the existing foreign Business Consultants, Vietnamese Service Desks and development team, acting as the bridge between customer operations and system development.

Your role & responsibilities- Lead meetings and discussions with overseas terminal customers, including requirement gathering and negotiation
- Analyze customer issues and requirements from a terminal operations perspective, and identify root causes
- Document requirements, functional specifications, and issue analyses in English
- Prepare test scenarios based on actual terminal operations, and support system testing and Go-live
- Support the development team in understanding terminal business processes

Your skills & qualificationsREQUIREMENTS
- 3 – 7 years of experience in container terminal operations (vessel planning, yard planning, or operations control)
- Business-level English proficiency; able to independently lead customer meetings, facilitate discussions, and handle requirement negotiations with overseas customers in English
- Strong written English for preparing reports, specifications, and customer communications
- Hands-on experience using a Terminal Operating System (TOS)
- Bachelor’s degree or above
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Navis N4, Tideworks, or other major TOS products
- Work experience at a foreign-invested or international terminal
- Knowledge of EDI messages used in terminal operations (BAPLIE, COPRAR, CODECO, etc.)
- Experience in IT projects, system implementation, or requirements analysis
- Willingness to travel overseas for on-site support
