Position Summary
Wireless networks touch billions of lives every day — and the next leap, 4G/5G, is being built right now. Join our engineering team in Hanoi and help design the software that keeps the world connected. You'll work shoulder-toshoulder with engineers across the globe, tackling hard problems in performance, reliability, and scale — the kind of work that ships into networks people actually depend on.

- Design, build, and ship C/C++ software that powers real wireless communication systems.
- Engineer high-performance, rock-solid solutions that scale with network demand.
- Turn complex technical specs into clean, well-architected software designs.
- Team up with engineers around the world across the full development lifecycle.
- Hunt down tricky bugs and squeeze out every bit of system performance.
- Raise the bar in code reviews and help push overall software quality forward.
PREFERRED
- Junior (Fresh Graduates welcome), Mid-level, and Senior (5+ years) candidates are all encouraged to apply.
- Experience with 3GPP and LTE protocols.
- Experience with embedded software, DSP, or multi-core platforms.
- Good spoken English and experience working with international teams.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience in 4G/5G development projects.
- Linux Kernel, RTOS (OSE, VxWorks), Hypervisor.
- Experience with Agentic AI.
- Background from companies such as Ericsson, Nokia, Huawei, Samsung, Qualcomm, or similar telecom organizations.
