Resolving complexity issues via inbound, email, chat, call and messaging on various topics around terms, deposits,..
Providing accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right tools, methods, and processes for customers
Following the instructions of superiors

Your skills & qualifications

College or Bachelor degree in any field;
Good at English (4 skills);
Broad computer skills, with the confidence and ability to pick up the usage of a range of applications;
Good analytical and problem-solving skills, self-motivated and proactive approach;
Capable of working independently.
