Act as the key point of contact for assigned clients; understand their business objectives and translate them into actionable plans
Manage project workflows across internal teams and external suppliers (especially KOLs/influencers) to deliver high-quality campaigns on time and on budget
Lead client briefings, build strategic proposals, and present campaign plans with confidence and clarity
Handle quotations, budgets, and project P&L with precision and transparency
Ensure alignment between creative, production, and media teams to achieve client KPIs
Foster long-term client relationships and proactively identify growth opportunities within accounts
Maintain strong vendor and KOL networks to support executional excellence
2–3 years of experience in an agency setting (advertising, influencer marketing, or integrated communications)
Proven track record of managing campaigns involving KOLs, talents, and high-profile brand clients
Strong client-facing skills — professional, articulate, and solution-oriented
Fluent in English (written & verbal)
Confident in proposal writing, strategic thinking, and pitching ideas
A good eye for aesthetics and a passion for brand storytelling
Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
Team-oriented with leadership potential and training capabilities.
