- Work directly with clients in the U.S. beauty industry, acting as a key bridge between clients and internal teams.
- Support and handle client requests via phone, email, and CRM system.
- Manage and update marketing content across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Google, etc.).
- Propose and execute seasonal and performance-based marketing campaigns aligned with client goals.
- Coordinate with Content and Design teams to deliver timely, high-quality outputs.
- Monitor campaign performance and suggest improvement strategies to optimize results.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related fields.
- At least 1–2 years of experience working in a Marketing role at an agency or large enterprise.
- Experience managing campaigns for large brands or high-scale projects is a plus.
- Proficiency in digital tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Business Suite, Canva, etc.
- Excellent project management and multitasking skills, with the ability to work under high pressure.
- Good English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Willingness to work night shifts from 21h - 6h in the office to collaborate with U.S clients.
