Procure to pay for goods and services from local and overseas regarding raw material, equipment, tools, product details.
Market research on pricing between different potential suppliers, thereby, proactive negotiate to achieve an appropriate pricing scope.
Negotiation terms with suppliers on the Sale Contract and PO.
Propose ideas for order implementation to superiors (Pricing, shipment term, payment term, leadtime...)
Execute purchase orders based on approved plans and update regularly its status to related department.
Being prepared documentary for PO settlement based on the aligned payment terms.
Follow and resolve contingency issues to ensure shipment on time.
Coordinating with Logistics department for customs clearance.
Provide sufficient purchase documentary to finance team.
Coordinate with QC department to work with supplier in terms of resolving quality issues.
Evaluate supplier performance quarterly.
Other tasks assigned by supervisors.
