- Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and provide strategic hiring solutions.
- Build and maintain a proactive talent pipeline to strengthen the employer brand.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience through timely communication, interview coordination, and feedback.
- Conduct background/reference checks and facilitate a smooth onboarding transition.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics, preparing periodic reports to improve hiring efficiency and quality.
2. Workforce Planning
- Collaborate with leadership to forecast workforce requirements in line with business strategy.
- Monitor headcount, identify talent gaps, and support succession planning initiatives.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to optimize staffing levels and talent deployment.
3. Onboarding
- Execute a structured onboarding process to integrate new hires effectively.
- Coordinate induction programs, orientation sessions, and initial training schedules.
- Collect feedback from new hires to continually enhance the onboarding experience.
4. Training & Development
- Partner with department heads to assess training needs through performance reviews, surveys, and feedback.
- Develop and implement an annual training plan and budget aligned with business objectives.
- Coordinate logistics for workshops and learning sessions, ensuring quality content and participation.
- Monitor attendance, gather feedback, and evaluate training effectiveness for continuous improvement.
- Support leadership development, career progression, and succession planning initiatives.
5. Performance Management
- Support the implementation of performance management systems, including goal setting, mid-year, and annual reviews.
- Guide managers and employees in aligning performance objectives with business priorities.
- Track performance trends, provide recommendations for performance improvement, and support talent calibration processes.
6. General HR Operations
- Maintain accurate HR records, employee databases, and reporting dashboards.
- Support HR policy implementation, compliance, and employee engagement activities as needed.
