LEADING THE TEAM:
Recruit, train, motivate, and mentor his/ her team members, ensuring that they have the skills, tools, and resources they need to perform their best.
Assign roles and responsibilities, delegate tasks, monitor progress, provide feedback, and resolve conflicts.
Have to foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and innovation within the team, encouraging them to share ideas, experiment, and learn from mistakes.
MANAGE THE PROCESS:
Oversee the entire creative process, from ideation to execution to evaluation.
Plan and schedule the project, set deadlines and milestones, track and report on the status, and ensure that the project meets the quality standards and the client's expectations.
Coordinate and integrate the creative work with other aspects of the project, such as marketing, sales, production, distribution, and testing.
Ensure that the creative work complies with the legal, ethical, and technical requirements.
DELIVER RESULTS
Deliver the final creative work to the stakeholder, ensuring that it meets their satisfaction and achieves their goals.
Showcase the work, explain the rationale, highlight the benefits, and answer any questions or concerns.
Collect and analyze the feedback and the results of the project, measuring its impact, effectiveness, and return on investment.
Use this data to improve their future work and to demonstrate their value and credibility.

Your skills & qualifications
At least 3 years of experience in a creative management role preferred
Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications).
Proven experience in a creative leadership role.
Strong portfolio showcasing creative projects and campaigns
Creative experience in an advertising agency is a must
Knowledge in UI/UX design
Proven track record of successful creative project management
Proficiency in relevant creative software and tools.
Be able to execute concepts to a visual standard for stakeholders’ presentations
Understanding of brand, product, digital media, and how people interact with each of them
Proven ability to manage and organize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Knowledge of current industry trends and emerging technologies.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work independently and as part of a team
