Your role & responsibilities

Lead AI-Powered Development: Actively leverage AI coding assistants to maximize development velocity and elevate code quality.
Champion Prompt-Driven Development: Research, develop, and share best practices for prompt engineering within the frontend team.
Rapid Prototyping & Implementation: Use AI to instantly translate ideas into functional prototypes and build them into polished features with React/Next.js.
Solve High-Level Challenges: Go beyond simple code generation. Use AI for complex refactoring, automated test creation, performance optimization, and architectural planning.
Collaborate for Excellence: Work closely with backend engineers and designers to deliver seamless, AI-enhanced user experiences.

Your skills & qualifications

Must-Have Skills

Expertise in AI Coding Assistants: Deep, hands-on proficiency with tools like GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude code, and a strong understanding of prompt engineering for code.
Mastery of React & Next.js: Proven experience building commercial applications with advanced Next.js features (SSR, SSG, SEO).
Proficiency in TypeScript: The ability to write clean, stable, and scalable code using a strong type system.
Advanced State Management: Solid experience with libraries such as React Query, Jotai, or Redux.
Modern Styling & API Integration: Proficiency with SCSS/Tailwind CSS and experience integrating with GraphQL/REST APIs and WebSockets.
Git & Team Workflows: Proficient with Git in a collaborative, fast-paced team environment.

Nice-to-Have

Experience with AI-driven UI generation tools (e.g., v0.dev).
Familiarity with monorepo architecture (e.g., Turborepo).
Experience with Supabase or Firebase.
Knowledge of testing frameworks (Jest/Vitest, Cypress/Playwright) and CI/CD pipelines.
Experience implementing authentication with NextAuth.js.
