A B2C Sales position involves directly engaging with individual customers to promote and sell products and services. Professionals in this role are responsible for identifying customer needs, delivering personalized sales experiences, and building long-term relationships to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty. Success in B2C sales requires strong communication skills, product knowledge, customer-oriented thinking, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Your role & responsibilities
  • Receive requirements from customers and come up with the most suitable wellness solution that suits customer’s needs (financial, fitness.)  
  • As a contact between a company and its existing and potential marketers 
  • Do due diligence as a part of the sales process 
  • Liaise with the designer Dept to provide the most suitable layout for customer 
  • Negotiate with customers on pricing and terms of contract to gain the utmost benefits for the company 
  • Represent the company at trade exhibitions, events, and demonstrations 
  • Follow up with the progress of assigned delivery, compose weekly reports, and noted in CRM system 
  • Updated opportunity/ quotation on CRM with all required information in the correct format from clients 
  • Call clients and Global Sales Network visits (site check, D&I, etc…) to follow-up on progress and maintain the relationships with customer

Your skills & qualifications
  • 1-3+ years of business sales or other relevant experience  
  • Having knowledge of the fitness industry is an advantage (gymer, PT...)  
  • The ability to leverage AI tools for productivity enhancement and seamless workflow integration 
  • Strong time management skills to effectively handle multiple tasks and deadlines 
  • CRM/ Hubspot system proficiency (e.g., ATS, pipeline tracking tools)
