Work closely with management level and relevant department to develop internal communication events to meet the target that all employees are always being informed and motivated.
Plan and execute FPT internal event and NB internal activities such as Weekly meeting, Billiard Championship, Happy Run, Year End Party, Teambuilding, etc.
Helps create a best-in-class internal communications function across the firm that fuels employee engagement, influences connectivity and culture, positively impactingall teams.
Analyze the interaction and result of each event to deliver exciting proposals accordance with employee aspirations to build up a great working environment.
Manage the operation of internal channels as post trendy contents, design simple, interaction reports, schedule, gifts, etc to wider access and optimize the effectiveness communication.

Excellent in written and verbal communication in English and Vietnamese
Proactive, strong sense of accountability, organizational skills, detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task.
Comfortable in an intense, fast-growth startup environment, and handling information with a high level of confidentiality.
Great at connecting and engaging people; flexible in personal interactions at all levels of the company.
Familiar with the design application such as Canva, Crello… is a plus
